About A Chat with Open Source Performance

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our equipment is selected specifically for those who want athletic movement and functional training whether it's individually or in groups, public and private sessions are available. Public Access 8am-3pm Private Access 5am-8am; 3pm-11pm *appointment only based on availability See Facebook page

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients can choose from either public or private sessions (additional cost). Public access is open gym format. Private training begins with recovery of injury/mobility improvement, mechanics and technique, muscle building and overall increase in physical fitness, leading to specific movements.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I began this for independent trainers who wanted to grow their businesses. Now for a limited time, I am offering memberships to the public as a trial. The purchasers will be the only exclusive non-trainer members of this gym. Members will be allowed to train from 8am-3pm unlimited during public time

What do you love most about your job?
I put everything I have into this gym and sacrificed money, relationships with friends and family to make this happen. I want to offer the best training to those who are willing to put in the work. I pride myself in over-delivering and this is no different.
