Clients can find their way through the twisting corn mazes before seeking out a perfect jack-o'-lantern candidate in the pumpkin patch as they sip soda, hot cocoa, cider, or water. The farm features lots of other fall activities, such as a country store, hayrides, and a pumpkin launcher, which clients can opt to participate in for additional fees. The farm will be open Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, from September 29 until October 31.
The end of summer signals the beginning of fun at Pope Farms, when weekends welcome families to enjoy a whole host of fall activities, including the farm’s centerpieces, its 5-acre corn mazes. If all that twisting, turning scares up an appetite, guests can head to the country store for some home-style treats or chart course to the pumpkin patch to sample a pumpkin straight from the vine. Tractor-pulled hayrides and cow trains ferry guests around the farm, stopping to let them jump onto soft, carefully arranged barrels of hay or inflatable jumping pillows, and a newly added corn cannon lets visitors try their hand at America's least-documented Revolutionary War–weapon.
