Sport-specific training aims to improve athletes’ performance levels and skills in their sport of choice
Classes are available Tues, Thurs, & Sat @ 6 am & 9 am, Mon & Wed @ 6pm, Tues & Thurs @ 7pm, and Fri @ 5pm
All of the trainers at Premium Athletes hold exercise-science degrees with athletic-training minors. They use this expertise to develop training programs that focus on their clients' individual weaknesses, such as strength, balance, and agility. So far, the trainers have worked with more than 85 Division I athletes.
