About Pretoria Fields Collective
Dr. Tripp Morgan started brewing beer at home as a hobby while finishing medical school, but he never thought he'd go any further than making a keg or two for himself. Jump fifteen years later and Dr. Morgan developed the Albany Vascular Specialist Center with the same drive to continue practicing his hobby. This commenced a three-year planning period and collaboration with Russian River Brewing Company's leader, Eric Kirchner. Eventually, Pretoria Fields Microbrewery was born. With the help of general manager, Billy Mann, the three men have crafted a farm to pint fermentation microbrewery to serve patrons fresh brews, including
Skywater Golden Ale (5.1%): A golden ale with palpable floral and citrus tones
Pretoria Fields Berry Gose (4.5%): A tart kettle-soured gose beer mixed with blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries
Shoalie IPA (6%): Hops lovers can enjoy this IPA, completed with melon and stone fruit notes
