During your unique customized session a short consultation and assessment will take place to evaluate your needs to plan out the best approach to meet them.
Therapeutic grade essential oils will be used during your session to optimize relief of tension and stress throughout the body. Aromatherapy includes diffuser use and diluted oils as we work specific areas of concern.
In the 90 minute full body therapeutic massage option I will start from head to toe working out areas of tightness , tension using a variety of tools to optimize stretching, range of motion and flexibility and range of motion.
We will discuss options for how you can keep your sessions results intact: by providing tools such as stretching techniques, discuss use and benefits of essential oils to support reducing inflammation and pain. Nutritional recommendations for maintaining healthy joints and muscles.
In the 60 minute Glutes, legs back session we work some of the most difficult areas to stretch. This is an interactive session and focuses on deep tension release, sport massage , range of motion exercises.
Each session is designed to provide you with a way to help you to live your best life: happy healthy and healed. At reset holistic health and wellness we take a holistic approach to your wellness goals via mind body and spirit.
