Appointment required, contact online at www.RachaelLentiniSkincare.com. Must sign waiver. I require 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment. As a courtesy, confirmation is made 48-hours in advance via email and text. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. If last minute rescheduling or cancellation of your reservation occurs, or if you fail to show up for your scheduled reservation, I reserve the right to charge your card on file. Cancellation fees are as follows: 24-Hours or more advance notice = no fee. Less than 24-Hours' notice can be subject to a $30 cancellation fee. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $30.00. If you are 15 minutes late for your scheduled reservation time, I may not be able to provide the full treatment but will perform an abbreviated treatment at the full price. More than 15 minutes late will be considered a last minute cancellation/reschedule and the above fee schedule will apply. Limit 3 per person(s), may buy 1 additional as gift(s).
