As the upbeat music begins, exercisers take their spots at their individual stations. Some grab weights, others bosu balls, but regardless, they're all ready to work out together. This is the Body Blitz class at Revitalize Life Inc, one of the center's two high-energy group workout classes. But the center's trainers aren't satisfied with simply getting clients in shape; they also want to help people achieve their goals in other areas of their lives. That's why the trainers also offer life coaching, sessions of which might cover everything from developing motivation tactics and overcoming fears to improving personal relationships.
