- $99 for a two-hour flight simulator session for one or two ($199 value)
Once visitors take a seat in one of SimJet Center's replica Boeing and Airbus cockpits, they're pilots—almost. They can control what sort of flight they take; for example, they can embark on a gate-to-gate flight between any two airports or tackle a flight with a built-in challenge. And they can also man the fully interactive and functional cockpit controls. The resulting experience is so lifelike that it serves as pilots' license practice, in addition to an adventure for hobbyists. But there are some subtle hints that it's all a simulation: An instructor oversees from the passenger seat and—perhaps the bigger giveaway—the simulators never leave the ground.
