The belly dance classes here embrace all levels of experience. Basic steps are taught and the student progresses into combinations and eventually, whole choreographies.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
When students see their progress---their steps, endurance, strength and flexibility, they see how beneficial the dance is for the body.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Women wanting to stay fit in an encouraging, non competitive atmosphere was the motivation.
What do you love most about your job?
I love hearing how excited students become about their own progress. Some want to be fit, some want to perform but seeing confidence and progress is the end goal.
