Through her supportive sessions, life coach Christina guides clients towards clarity of vision, assisting them as they set goals regarding wellness, relationships, career, and motivation. Once clients set their goals, Christina helps them keep their focus sharp and encourages positive adjustments. Her coaching can take place over the phone, e-mail, or Skype, as well as face-to-face in her office. Her coaching packages enable her to meet with clients as little as one time, or as often as four times a month for one year.
