the place is very clean. the people are very nice and professional. for $48 I purchased the deep exfoliation dermaplane facial. I Was disappointed that this fancy "facial" did not include steam or extraction. basically, you get a face shaving with a blade. for an additional $35 you can get the steam and exfoliation. it's not a bargain
