- Trip to multiple different river locations via pontoon boat

All rentals include a paddleboard, paddle, leash, and personal flotation device. Lessons focus on paddleboarding basics, including the paddle stroke, how to get up, where to stand, and how to stay safe. Hours of operation are Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday from 2 to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from noon to 8 p.m. They are not open on holidays.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding on the Allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio Rivers, the expert instructors at SUP3RIVERS prove that stand up paddle boarding isn't just a tropical sport. During easy-to-learn introductory sessions, they set clients up with all of the equipment they need to succeed. After equipping a properly sized paddle, flotation device, leash, and board, clients undergo instruction, learning how to get up on the water, where to stand, and how to handle the paddle. After mastering the basics, clients can set off on unique SUP3RIVERS urban journeys that highlight the region's most picturesque bridges, architectural landmarks, and awesome waterways.
