What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are a full-service tanning salon that also offers hassle-free spa services. Our tanning equipment is available in five different levels to suit all skin types and optimize your color in the fewest visits. Our spa equipment is all personalized where you control your session with a touch screen.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started working in the tanning industry in college and decided to purchase a salon close to home after graduation. I continue to research, update, and add new services to provide my customers with the best experience in the industry! After 15 years, I still love what I do!
What do you love most about your job?
It's a toss-up between my customers and my employees. Our customers are amazing! We live in a great community, and everyone is friendly. I love that the services we provide make people happy and feel good about themselves! My employees are the best! Not only at what they do, but who they are!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I receive a lot of positive feedback from my customers, whether face-to-face or through e-mail. However, the best face-to-face comment I received was, "Thank you so much for treating me with respect regardless of my looks. Your competition treated me like crap!" That brought a tear to my eye.
