This was the first time I have ever left a Salon in tears and without tipping. The haircut and color I ended up with looks nothing like the picture I had shown Holly. It’s unfortunate that I am unable to post a picture of what I asked for and a picture of what I received in this review, because as they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words”. The color: I asked for an ash blonde shade and received a very dark honey caramel color. I am naturally a dark shade of blonde so it shouldn’t have been too difficult to achieve. Other stylists have been able to achieve it with no problem, in the past. Holly’s work looks like a bad bottle job. It doesn't look highlighted and dimensional. It looks solid. Holly didn’t offer to do anything about it, but kept insisting my perception of the color was was bad lighting. The cut: Holly cut my hair considerably shorter than we discussed. With the exception of slight angling in the front, the cut has no shape. She did offer to add layers but I didn’t trust her not to make things worse so I left as quickly as possible. Holly made no apologies for my obvious extreme dissatisfaction and walked away angry.

Holly did my hair, and I was very pleased! I got full highlights and loved my result! Holly was friendly and nice to talk to as she worked on my hair. The salon was clean and quiet, which made for a relaxing experience. Everything was perfect, I couldn’t ask for more!
