The Institute is a Licensed and Certified Training Facility registered by The State of North Carolina. We pride our self on living a healthy lifestyle. Properly instructing our community on how to transform there bodies to its ultimate potential. Our training staff are all certified with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Functions Movement Screening (FMS), and Group Fitness Coaching (GFC). All trainers are college educated and some military trained in the health field. We pride our selves on excellence.
