What makes your business stand out from the competition?
We make our own dough & sauce and shred our own cheese. Then we hand-stretch your pizza and bake it in a brick lined oven…not a conveyor. Our marinara sauce is made on premise from a decades old North End recipe.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Besides our pizza, our chicken parmesan sandwich and/ or dinner is one of most popular menu items. Unlike most local pizza places our’s is a fresh (never frozen) chicken tenderloin hand-pounded and breaded and lightly fried. It’s then smothered in our delicious marinara and mozz cheese.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I’ve been connected to the restaurant industry most of my life. I love food and also pleasing people so it was a no brainer.
What do you love most about your job?
There’s never a dull moment!
