Like an astronaut's pockets after returning from the moon, the award-winning burgers here are stuffed with cheese. One such creation, the Windy City burger, layers mushrooms, onion rings, and avocado atop a burger with an additional payload of monterey jack stuffing. Another, the Fat Elvis burger, is an indulgent heap of peanut butter, bacon, and banana-infused ricotta atop a peanut-butter-stuffed patty. Guests can also build their own pizzas or order Lisa Marie's namesake pie with white sauce, prosciutto and apple that's best washed down with a mug of craft beer.
