Our coaches are with you every step of the way. When you feel like you are about to give up, that you have no more to give, we’ll be the driving force that keeps you moving, that pushes you past the breaking point to the place where results are tangible and you feel accomplished!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We believe that everyone can do this! Everyone can find their path to fitness and longevity, from someone who has never played a sport in their life to those that have been athletes all their life and possibly fell unto the beaten path. Fitness is a race that anyone can enter and everyone can win.
What do you love most about your job?
The best part about Tiger’s Den is seeing the changes people undergo. Most walk in here and immediately think, “I can’t do that.” Weeks later they are keeping up with veteran athletes and cheering others on. We have a great community of athletes that believe in themselves and believe in each other.
Tiger's Den CrossFit
At Tiger's Den CrossFit, it isn't enough to focus solely on strength, flexibility, or endurance. Doing so is tantamount to regressing, because it ignores the other seven primary areas of fitness—among them accuracy, agility, and speed. With one Tiger's Den coach for every ten athletes, guests receive proper assistance as they work through six unique programs to reach their goals. A Workout of the Day may include swinging kettlebells, dead-lifting barbells, performing laps on the rowing machine, or jumping rope—all at a very high intensity. Since every exercise is scalable, people of all ages and fitness levels participate in every workout, contributing to an atmosphere of support and inclusiveness.
