EVERY training session includes:

First-time sessions will include a functional movement screening (A quick and simple diagnosis of basic body movements to identity imbalances). Next, the custom-tailored workout designed just for you. For every client, I offer optional body composition assessment and testing. As well as PNF Stretching (Partner assisted stretching).

*1 MONTH TRANSFORMATION* - We start with a body scan at the beginning of the month and finish with a final one at the end of the month, to show the quantitative data that validates all your hard work you put in.

* Mixing boxing with weightlifting is a fantastic way to keep your hour with me fun and energetic! You will leave the gym feeling empowered and fresh! Great calorie-burner.
