About A Chat with True Martial Arts Overlake

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We've been teaching martial arts for kids and adults for over 30 years. Students learn Tae Kwon Do and Arnis from instructors who are passionate about teaching.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
No experience is necessary - your first class will include an introductory lesson with an instructor who will show you the basics and answer all your questions.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our chief instructor started teaching martial arts 27 years ago because he wanted to help out and wanted to be part of an amazing community and family. Now, as the owner, he keeps the legacy of our founder alive.

What do you love most about your job?
We love connecting with the students and sharing the excitement of martial arts with them.
