Yoga has grounded me and helped me move my life forward both physically, mentally and spiritually. The work of learning to connect breath to movement has profound results.

What do you love most about your job?
I love when it is apparent a student has "connected" with something in class; a pose previously unattainable or a release of tension and stress. Makes teaching so worthwhile.
