The software works as expected. I ran into an issue where I didn't receive the product key initially, and reached out to support. They got back to me within minutes and were able to get me what I needed. A couple months later, the programs stopped working. I reached out to support by email after midnight, and I had a response within five minutes with steps to resolve the issue. They are very helpful and the turnaround time is quick.
