Emily ( I believe that was her name you'd have to look it up ) Was just the most nicest and generous representative I've ever dealt with that a company - I was completely stressed because it's always terrible trying to use these Groupons - always technologically a problem - Groupon doesn't bother to have human beings that can help you - but thank goodness that I got Emily at Rose Farmers because she was patient and calm and took the time to walk me through it so I can get these flowers to my friend who birthday it is and who is suffering from inoperable cancer - but this was such a stressful, long period of time to try to order this It's almost not worth it and I feel like I'm never going to use a Groupon again! But Emily was my saving grace - very kind and I really appreciate her!
