The studio hosts a variety of yoga and movement arts classes seven days a week, including vinyasa, power yoga, and Yoga Well Being—a hatha-style class that leads students through an energizing, yet relaxing series of stretches. Movement arts classes include capoeira and hula hoop fitness. See the schedule.
Yoga-Well-Being is aimed at healing physical and mental issues and accessible to all. The studio’s owner is Sipra Pimputkar, who learned yoga and meditation while growing up 8,000 feet above sea level atop the Himalayas. Sipra is at the helm of the signature Yoga Well Being classes, which make up most of the studio’s schedule, methodically stretching limbs and ligaments while working on the endocrine system. The challenging series of stretches fizzles tension and teaches deep-breathing techniques. Other yoga classes include Hatha, Vinyasa, Mello, Foundations, Chair Yoga and Kundalini.
