A Great Location and Great Service We stayed here for one night on our East Coast trip. It was a great location. It was a short drive to the waterfront for a guided boat tour and to the Naval Academy for a walking tour. Lots of budget restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful and kind. We did use the online checkin and digital key and it was a nice convenience. The hotel was well kept and what we’ve come to expect from this brand. The breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay here when in the area again.

The worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in! Immediately upon check-in, I noticed the dirt and stains on the lobby carpet. The carpets in both elevators were just as filthy, and the odor in our suite was even worse. We had arranged early check-in and were extremely tired, so I waited until the following day (7/10) to report the issue to the front desk. When we returned that evening, the room still stank, but we were told housekeeping had left. That evening, I purchased Febreeze and cleaned the surfaces with bleach, but nothing I did improved the smell. I reported the issue again to Katie the following day to Katie (7/11), who promised to inform the manager. The manager did not call; however, Katie texted me at 5:00 PM, telling me she told the manager she would "be in touch." On 7/12, Zenobia texted me that if we had a problem, we needed to contact housekeeping, which I informed her we had (twice)! Kym (who I assume was the manager then texted me and said she would have the room cleaned. The odor was improved when we returned, but it was still present. Although we requested housekeeping during our eleven-day stay every other day, they only came twice. In addition to the odor, there were multiple other issues during our stay: the microwave sparked and exploded, the washer and two ice machines were broken during our entire stay, there was no kitchen table to eat from in a handicapped suite, and parking lot in complete darkness first three nights(finally fixed), frequently did not have fresh towels available, only one knife and two spoons, water damage, and ceiling tiles broken on floor in the billiards room. I left feedback and asked to be contacted, but I am still waiting for someone to respond. This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at a Hilton property, and I was thoroughly disgusted!

Not the "Hampton Inn experience" of years ago Outstanding professional friendly staff, including housekeeping and breakfast staff. Room amenities minimal: small room, no drawers or luggage rack, very small "closets" hidden behind curtains making a stay longer than overnight more difficult. No notepad or pens. Bathroom shelving excellent but it needs additional hooks, towel bars, toilet cleaning kit AND an exhaust fan! Breakfast had no milk on first morning. It's clear owners prefer expense management over customer service. If this is the modern Hampton Inn room experience model, it has severely declined. Very disappointed in the room, which is not a reflection on the fine staff.

Very old hotel, but extremely friendly and helpful staff This hotel is a 2.0 at best, I gave a 3.0 because of extremely friendly staff. The reviews I read said newly renovated, not the case, very old hotel, the smell of mildew hits you as soon as you hit the hotel front lobby. While they have tried to change the vibes of an old Best Western, it needs an overall makeover. Equipped with flat screen, micro, and refrigerator are a plus. I probably would or stay here again. In fact, I’m probably finished with Hampton Inns altogether, and go with the newer hotels in the chain. There’s also a 10 parking fee per night, but the parking lot is extremely dark. If you’re going to charge, please do something about the lighting in parking lot. It’s very unsafe.

Please do better Not up to Hampton Inn standards at all. -Check in person offered no greeting, seemed bored with life and whispered. -Carpets especially in elevators were filthy. Elevator very hot and dirty -Peeling wallpaper in room. -Cigarette butts all over ground and garbage can overflowing outside front door. -1 coin washer and dryer and one of the machines has the door ripped right off and is laying on the machine so forget doing some laundry - At least 2 ice machines are broken -Ceiling in room has a lot of water damage and repairs that are shotty -Asked to not be placed by the elevator. We are 2 doors from the elevator I can see this place might not be a Hampton Inn soon if they don't do better. Once a pretty solid chain, there are now HUGE variances in quality for Hampton Inn. We stayed in an older Hampton Inn property the night before in Williamsport, PA that was much better maintained and much better service.
