Worste hotel in Arlington Texas do not stay there Worst motel ever ..charge me $80 the door was broke 2 people tried to come in ... I was locked out my room for 6 hours .microwave didn't work.. changed rooms where the door lock was broke no hot water in the tub was dirty.., no discount or refund for my inconvenience..

Trashy ghetto hotel Worst ever ghetto trashy unsafe, bunch of woerd activity going on. Rooms disgusting and smelled awful as if someone smoked a carton of cigarettes. Dirty, oh and the help lol what a joke rude trashy and plain unprofessional. I have pics to prove how it was bed mattress was as if someone had pissed the bed...ugh worthless

HORRIBLE AND FILTHY PLACE TO STAY! DON’T DO IT!! Stayed here last night after a ballgame, thought we were lucky to find a room close to the field….boy were we wrong! We would have been better off sleeping in the car! The room was FILTHY! Someone had attempted to clean the toilet and left cleaner all over the seat and left the toilet brush sitting on top of the toilet. Didn’t know this was a clean your own room kind of place! There was hair all over the tub, and not the kind from the top of your head. The mirror was so dirty from previous guests brushing their teeth and splattering water all over it and no attempt had been made to clean it. We had gotten fast food after the game and went back to the car to eat it, wasn’t about to take any kind of food in that filth. We went to Walmart and bought bleach and other cleaning supplies to make it bearable and to attempt to get rid of the stench from stale smoke and whatever the smell was coming from the room next door. Even after cleaning the room , The only reason my head ever hit the pillow was because I was out 132.00 and after dark it was not my idea of a good time getting robbed or stabbed in the parking lot if we slept in the car! Save yourself the time and $$ and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY!

Worst hotel stay in my life. Book elsewhere. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My daughter and I have never been so disappointed in a hotel room that we drove 3 hours home and didn't stay. We tried 3 different rooms to find one that didn't smell like skunk weed from a teenagers bedroom. The final room only didn't smell like skunk weed, but retained the teen smell, not pleased at all. There were actually cigarette ashes on the guest phone... Strange, this was supposed to be a clean, non smoking room. Completely unacceptable. We checked out and went home.

AVOID THIS PLACE This place is awful. We check in on 1/18/23 ans was assigned room 371 its located on the second floor in the back. I booked a room with two queen beds- the first bed closed to the wind was broke- when you sat on the foot of the bed the it came off the box spring. The mattress was hard a rock like sleeping directly on the box spring. The cleaning folks left a rag on the table which had burn markings on it, cabinets outer lamination was coming apart, no dishes, silverware, etc was supplied. There was no hot water for the shower at 6:00 am- The best part of our visit was the check out the lady at the front desk- was very nice and understanding -her demeanor when I explain why we were leaving was of that of no surprise.
