Decent stay We stayed here due to having to wait to fix our flat tire overnight. They had rooms available and the front desk manager was very nice and helpful. We applied the vets discount and it came to about $70 for a double. Comfortable bed and you can control the heating. The bathroom came with a small shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The only problem was the shower did not get hot - lukewarm at best even after waiting several minutes. Breakfast was standard fare - raisin bran, 2% milk, Walmart yogurt, eggs, oatmeal, and waffle maker. Not gourmet, but it was filling. They do require $50 deposit - if you pay cash you get it back at checkout. The location is convenient to lots of stores. There is a gym, but the pool was closed at the time. For the price, it is worth it.

Facility has gone downhill. I stayed here twice last December and other than being well used and tired looking it was clean and a good place to stop on the way South and North . I would have given it a 4. This December I found the room cleanliness had deteriorated. The shower had some type of mold or mildew inside that couldn't be seen until you got in. GRINGE . Obviously little care is taken in the cleaning of the room. I canceled my booking for my return trip.

Positive Experience Let’s start with the positives, they were very positive and bump this review from a 3 to a 4. The front desk was amazing. Check in and check out we’re smooth. They staff were friendly, helpful and informative. For instance, loaning a phone charger and allowing me to raid the breakfast area for plates and silverware when my door dasher forgot. The room was overall clean, most importantly for me the bed was clean and comfortable. The not so great, the room was definitely worn and showing age, a broken wardrobe and toilet paper holder for example. Housekeeping did miss somethings such as trash behind the desk and a good clean on the toilet. Breakfast was the standard fare with a selection of hot and cold items and a waffle maker. Internet connectivity was not an issue, and the hotel was close to several shops and restaurants. Overall a good value. I would stay again a recommend to others looking for a place to stay.

Okay for a brief stay This is a former Sleep Inn, so the rooms are small. To upgrade to Quality Inn status, they added an easy chair. In my room, it was crammed between the wardrobe and the bed, making the wardrobe unusable without some effort to move the chair. The shower door lacked a handle and the shower looked "iffy." The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard for Quality Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fine for overnight for one or two, but would be very crowded for more time or more people.

Absolutely Disgusting! My family travels for a living and this had to make it into our top 10 worst stays! Getting checked in was no problem, the concierge was friendly and helpful as much as possible. However, we checked in and the two original rooms were not great. My wife’s parents stayed in one room but there was blood on one set of sheets. We checked out our room and it had an overwhelming stench of B.O. we asked to switch rooms. The next room wasn’t much better. It smelled like an ashtray so we asked to switch again. The next room smelled much better but there is no way it was cleaned. Blood on our sheets too!!! Oil and lube all over our sheets, boogers on the wall. Absolutely disgusting. We were tired of dealing with it so we made due. It was gross. Not staying there again!
