Good Stay This hotel, like all Fairfield Inns, offers comfortable, affordable rooms at a good price. Everything about our stay was good. We got excellent service at check in and check out, a comfortable room/bed with good wifi, and a good night's sleep. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to the OSU area. We'll be back if Shatner wills it.

Good pet friendly place to stay in the city Nice, clean and convenient. Brightly decorated. Close to OSU and shops/restaurants. Pet friendly. Cheapest nice pet friendly in Columbus area. Had a good, nice stay here. Rented a king suite and it had a rolling table which was perfect for us to have friends over and gather and play board games together and gather to eat together privately. Bike path is right out front, and hotel is across street from union cemetery founded in 1806. Another bike path is accessible thru the cemetery in the back corner, the Olentangy Trail which goes up and down the river. Neighborhood behind the hotel so nice area and grass to walk dog.

Staff, accommodations, food were excellent My sister and I stayed at the Fairfield Inn as a first stop on a car trip west from the east coast. We had such a pleasant stay--greeted by the desk staff, comfortable room accommodations, and the breakfast buffet was really very good. Thank you to all!

It was a pleasure to have stayed here!! We booked several rooms for the long weekend of OSU Graduation earlier this month. We were fearful that because of so many family members and graduates descending on Columbus that the hotel experience would be crowded, rushed and impersonal. WRONG. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the experience was perfect. We felt very protected from a Covid standpoint, and the first impression (which is always the strongest) felt the level of professionalism of the staff. We want to give a huge shout out to Sharon Cunningham, the Front Office Manager for her attentive and warm attention to detail with our fairly complicated reservations. The four nights went so smoothly. We were attending the graduation of our granddaughter, and walking down memory lane because we went to OSU many, many, many years earlier. Our first apartment was only a block away. It looked exactly the same 56 years later. :) The hotel staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The only "strange" detail was because of covid restrictions, but was rather awkward. Housekeeping could not enter your room/suite for the duration of your stay. I understand that -- although by the last day I was getting a bit tired of tidying up. If you put your trash cans outside the door, they would empty them, and leave them for you to bring back in -- but what I don't understand is the towel situation. If you had dirty towels, you would put them in the hallway, but you needed to get fresh towels, shampoo, etc. from the front desk. What's the difference if a housekeeping staff hands you fresh items, or the front desk? Someone is going to be touching it either way. It's probably a Marriott guideline, but we thought the idea hadn't been brilliant thought out. I still give the hotel and staff a 5 star rating, and highly recommend it.
