Stay away from the lying scam artists who want to do nothing but take your money and blame someone else Scam artists and liars. Booked on Priceline for 2 adults and 2 children and was told upon arrival I would have to pay extra $30 A PIECE for my 2 children, both under 5. I refused and told them to cancel my reservation only for them to tell me that they were not able to cancel, and I would not find that rate at any other hotel around anyways. I contacted priceline to complain and cancel and they told me it was up to the hotel to cancel it. The hotel told priceline that they charged $20 for kids even though their website clearly states kids stay free on both the hotel website and choice and they had lied and told me $30 and said they couldn't cancel. They marked the reservation as a no show after I stood there asking them to cancel and them telling me they could not. Choice corporate told me that the hotel was independently owned so there was nothing they could do but had the nerve to tell me to update my address for their loyalty program for future stays. Then why is your name on it for them to represent your business? All in all 3 different companies choosing to do absolutely nothing to help a customer and bounce me around to each other saying it's the other one's fault. I had to find different accommodations for the night, disappoint my kids and am still fighting to get my money back after hours on the phone and emails that they conveniently chose to quit responding to and lied about it! I have documentation, screenshots, and receipts backing all of this up that all 3 of them conveniently just ignore. Spend your money elsewhere not worth the headache for this hotel, or Priceline or any Choice hotel at all apparently.

Very Average I come to Columbus yearly. And, i've stayed here before. This is a place where you get what you pay for. Having a Waffle House within walking distance is a plus. Note that the listing for a hot tub refers to one room equipped with a two person hot tub. Upholstery of the chairs in my room was pretty bad. The breakfast was OK. Seriously needs an ADA-compliant entrance door. Summary: I'll probably look elsewhere next year...

Avoid! At first we thought this was going to be a nice place to stay on the road back to Ontario from Florida. Turned out differently. Front desk guy was very nice and efficient. The room was ok. It needs some TLC but I could see the floors were new. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom, however, needs an update for sure. We were given 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels. No facecloths. The finish on the door of the mini fridge was damaged. The swivel chair was peeled all along the top. Ugly. Best thing, however, was waking up in the morning and finding out our SUV had been broken into. That has never ever happened to us before and we travel a lot. Things were taken but thankfully they didn’t get to go through all of our stuff. They got in through the window so you know they were prepared for that. When my husband told the manager, he simply said he was sorry. Apparently, he didn’t seemed surprised. Breakfast was beyond disappointing. Coffee was terrible . All there was to eat was cereal, toast, bagel, yogurt. Lady in the kitchen was making pancakes though. If that’s what you like. My advice: find another place to stay! Not ever again.

Horrible customer relations Me and my wife booked a hotel for $ 105.00 when we checked out I seen that we were charged $310.00. The front desk or manager Neal Bhshard offered no explanation as to why or any help resolving the matter. We live in Indiana a state away so the 30 mile radius rule that they charged me for should of never happened. Overall it was a horrible experience and our rooms bathroom ceiling was leaking

Good and bad Hotel was nice and clean and night staff very friendly. Morning not so. Limited, poorly staffed breakfast with unappetizing scrambled ggs and hard sausage. Missing many common ingredients. Staff not much interested in helping. Easy access to highway.
