Church Convention Visit While staying at the Renaissance in Columbus Ohio, I parked my rental car there the entire week. Those guys were awesome. I called ahead to let them know that I was about to leave and needed the car and it was always waiting for me. And they seemed excited to be there. Service with a smile. I would like to thank Don, Seth and Sam for their excellent service in the Valet parking area. They are the first you see when you arrive and the last bit of your Renaissance experience when you go. Great job guys!

Great staff and location but needs fixing up Staff were very friendly and the location is great but the hotel is missing the little touches. The trees by the pool deck were all dead and the planters had dead flowers. The roms were clean and spacious and the workout area was well equipped.

Mediocre Building, 5-Star Service Service at this hotel is spot on, from the over the top friendly and helpful valet attendant, Josh, to the front desk with their suggestions on where to eat, go for a run, etc. Location is perfect as well. Great walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Building and rooms are clean, but very dated. Would stay here again for the service and location, but really hope they invest some money into the building's appearance.

Valet I Booked at Renaissance for 1 night with my Friends and I can say that this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Sam (Valet) was our guy. He was so helpful and provided an excellent service… Thank You!!!

Super The hotel had very friendly staff and valet service was helpful.The check-in was quick and painless. There was very nice hotel with large and clean room. Great amenities and they were multiple restaurants around the area. Too bad that the pool was closed but definitely a 5 star.
