Clean and Historic I visited this beautiful historic hotel for a quick one night stay. I wish I could have stayed longer as the hotel was very clean and the staff was so pleasant. There was a wedding in the hotel that night but the desk was able to put me in a room away from any noise.

Great business stay Excellent stay for business travel. Rasheeda at front desk was wonderful. Room was upgraded with my Bonvoy status. Ample space in king corner suite. Clean and huge room with lots of natural light. Would return. Easy access to river front for walking and running.

No sleep, loud, smell of weed, yelling and slamming doors Can’t recommend this hotel. 3:30am a group of people came back to the hotel and were yelling and slamming doors. Called Securitiy several times and they couldn’t get it to stop (past 4am) I suggested the police, they never were called. If you want a good night sleep and not a crazy hotel go somewhere else! The lady at the front desk hung up on me as well, she didn’t care about the situation that lasted over 1hr. Nothing was done for compensation. Do NOT stay here!

Matt W Maria (the front receptionist) was friendly and personable! She represented the Westin very well and should be commended by the Westin Hotel staff!! Great job to her and the hotel!! Very clean room and COVID compliant as well

Disappointing Christmas Eve This is not your typical nice Westin. The room was disgusting. There was a clothing sticker on the nightstand, a sock under the edge of the bed, and something gross on one of the couch throw pillows. The remote did not work, so we had to call for a new one. The heaters in the room were incredibly loud. The workers were not great, except for the valet when we first checked in - he was the only nice, helpful worker. The first time I stepped outside the front door to take out my dog (had to go across the street to find a place for her), I was immediately yelled at by people at the bus stop across the street (racist, sexist comments). I will never come back to this hotel.
