It worked. Nice & helpful people at the check in desk. Room was ok. It seemed as if this is an older hotel that has been added on to or possibly just had an unusual floor plan from the beginning as it is a bit of a maze. Convenient location. Would not have a problem with staying here again.

Low cost, but dated, no free breakfast, and not very accessible. Friendly staff. The people who work here are friendly. The carpets and furniture are dated, but the bed was firm and comfortable. There is a Keurig, fridge, and microwave in the room. Plastic blinds but no curtains, so it stays bright when sunny out. No free breakfast like most HIEs, but there is a buffet you can pay for. I just drove to Whole Foods to get stuff for the morning, and there are healthy restaurants there. One elevator is not wheelchair accessible as there are two steps, so the luggage cat wasn’t useful. There is an accessible elevator, it you have to push it up an incline. Access to the pool is also not wheelchair accessible. I recommend not staying here if you use a wheelchair or can’t do steps. The gym had an elliptical and two bikes, and some weights, but no treadmill, which is something I counted on. There is no business center anymore.

The Audacity!!!!!!!! I've stayed in hotels all over the world but I've never been treated so badly in my life! The hotel is old, has small and semi-cleaned rooms and full of people living there but that's not even the Worst Part! Their undocumented maintenance guy had the Audacity to accuse me of something so Vile and the incompetent GM questioned me and right in my face, he admitted he lied( Thank God I had my phone on Record)! Obviously, the hotel is Garbage due the the GM Paul and his willingness to hire undocumented employees but you chose the wrong guest to Accuse! Legal Action is Proceeding!! __

Terrible is the only word!!! This has been the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Was accused of smoking in the room when I do not smoke and was already suspicious of them after I needed a maintenance person to come and open the door when no key would work, and he decided to just barge in the room like he was staying there. It was as if they sent him to try and find something just so they could keep the deposit, which I’m still fighting to get back to this day. All this for a rundown filthy hotel. On the night I was there I seen 3 totally drunk people leave there restaurant and get arrested, clothing in the hallway, and a barely functioning elevator. All this to go along with the horrible customer service and I can say this place is truly a nightmare. I will include pics of the room when I left that I took because of my suspicion that this place was not on the up and up.
