Was fine for a UF football game weekend- was only in my room from 11pm-7am. It's a renovation in progress. My room needed to be painted (finger prints on doors) and just finished, no blanket on bed- just two sheets, no trash bin in room. Also some fire code issues as the exit door to outside had a pad lock on it, we had a fire alarm and folks could not exit that door!

Do not trust booking this hotel, they will cancel. This was an extremely frustrating experience to say the least! We booked this hotel way in advance of Fall Family weekend at the University of Florida. 10 days before we were to arrive, I received an email that they were unable to confirm my reservation which was not the case, as I forwarded to them the confirmation. Stated in the email, they wanted to relocate us to another hotel. Upon immediately calling the other hotel, there were no rooms available. Then Stayable Select just cancelled my booking and I was out of luck. I am forever grateful to Chase travel credit card, as they took over trying to find out what was going on. After several hours of Chase and Stayable Select going back and forth, Chase informed me that they were told it was due to construction. Fortunately, Chase booked me with another hotel that was significantly more expensive as that was all that was available due to the weekend event - at no extra cost to me. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel, as they lied about my confirmation and then just cancelled it. I am sure they could get a lot more money for the room now, since it was so close to the event.

The Worst experience - zoom in on the pictures. Our hotel room was filthy. Dirt on the pillows, hairs in the bed, mold all over the floor, chair had disgusting stains on it, cigarette butts all over the balcony in our room. Hotel had no lobby you checked in in a hotel room that was only open between 4 and 6 pm. This place did not feel safe either. We left and got a room down the street at Comfort Suites.

Do NOT stay here. An obvious knock down in the foreseeable future. The owners are just milking a decrepit old dump for anything they can as long as they can. The temporary office is the first clue things are way off. The bathroom was littered with pubic hairs, and the entire place smelled like an ashtray. I will say the people working there were doing their best, and we as helpful as could be under the circumstances.

Website is misleading - dirty hotel and no staff. Worst experience ever. We booked two nights for our Anniversary. Planned to see a couple different things. The room was supposed to be a 3.5-star hotel. We arrived and the office was closed. A few moments later a lady appeared and checked us in. She was super nice we were excited for our weekend. THE ROOM: The walls were dirty, the bathroom had dirt around the tub and the tub had dirt ground into it. The water would not get hot, and the water pressure was very low. The TV didn't work and there was no blanket on the bed. This is a hotel that has a lot of people living there. No judgement here I've been in the same boat. But that is NOT what we signed up for. We called the front desk with no response and went back to the office, and nobody was there. We called at least 5 times over the next few hours. We even called corporate, and they told us they would look into it. Finally fed up I called Hotwire where I made the reservation. They called the hotel and found there was nobody on duty. No front desk, no housekeeping and no maintenance. If you want a place to stay that is relatively cheap and you are not picky then this would work for you. But if you are expecting a 3.5-star hotel then stay away. We will not be back and will certainly spread the word about this hotel.
