Wonderful Stay! I had the most wonderful stay at La Réserve Geneva. The delivered level of service was very attentive and personalized; the team anticipated all of my needs in the restaurants and time overall in the hotel. My room was elegant with carefully selected ameniities - simply a place of tranquility after a long day of work. All in all a truly exceptional stay where comfort and sophistication meet and are in harmony.

Perfect stay Perfectly located resort, 5 minutes from airport, and very close from the city (even easier to reach with the private, free, boat shuttle). Large, comfortable and well equiped rooms. Spacious bathrooms, many with separate toilets and italian showers. Perfect service throughout the property. Tse Fung and Lotti amongst the best restaurants in Geneva. Perfect pace to take a break or to hold business with a holidays scent.

A resort in the city Such a wonderful stay at La Reserve Geneva - what a peaceful retreat. The Hotel is beautifully located with access to the Lake and provides a shuttle boat to the city center. The service is outstanding and the food just amazing. Highly recommended.

Geneva's best Ideally located, five minutes from the airport and even less from a motorway exit, this hotel has it all. Wonderful, rooms, restaurants, SPA, indoor and outdoor pools, kids club. It is a real enchantment from the moment you enter. For people who need to go to downtown Geneva, a complementary boat trip will take you there in 20 minutes. I try to think of negatives, but cannot come up with anything plausible. its just the best of the best

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells, however around reception it can smell quite strongly of cigarettes , as there is a smoking room nearby.
