Disappointed We were moved to an upgrade. I would not stay here again. This was too expensive and the pictures show what you get. We stayed in the Gold Tower. Besides needing to be remodeled the staff were not curt and surely. Loved Saltgrass restaurant this was the only saving grace.

Great place and location Stayed in the rush tower on the quietest side room. It wasn't too loud. Room had ear plugs. Comfortable and roomy stay on 17th floor. Received the best out come on slots but the casino always won. We had dinner/lunch at the Saltgrass restaurant

Shayla saved the day for our Mother’s Day trip! First impression set the tone but ended up turning into a great experience. Checked in Friday the 9th after 3 at self serve kiosks with the assistance of Raquel. Rude dismissive and condescending, she assured us our room had a keurig and a fridge after PAYING for an upgrade though signs behind front desk said free upgrades , free early check in , which we also ended up being charged for. Our room had no keurig no fridge and the showers was rusted and cracked in terrible condition. This room with the bathroom in this condition should not be rented out to anyone. We went back down to the front desk later that night and spoke to Shayla who saved the day. She told us to come back the next day, we were moved from the 5th floor to the 17th floor with a gorgeous view. Quiet , beds were great, and this room had the keurig and a fridge we were looking for for. We were there for a week and everything was great . I hope management recognizes Shayla is the best or the front desk team , Raquel the absolute worst . Restaurants were good pool great casino fun and the location was perfect .

Think twice before booking a room here Checked in early evening, as we were getting ready to go to a show we realized there was dried blood in the bathtub. The front desk was helpful in getting us a new room, we switched rooms late upon returning from our show. We have an early flight this am, got up to take shower to find out there was no running water in the shower. Front desk would only waive the resort fee. Not a good experience for us.

Dangerous Casino review only, I didn't stay at the hotel. Had an extraordinarily bad experience while playing the slots. The machine malfunctioned and would not print my voucher. Could not get anyone from the casino to help me for an unbelievable 40 minutes, and NO I'm not exaggerating to make a point. No security employees came through; service techs didn't respond to request for help button on the machine;; I even called the golden nugget phone a whopping 4 times and wasn't able to get assistance. The first call they hung up on me. The second call they said they'd send someone, no one showed. The 3rd and 4th calls never made it to a live person. It was horrendous and dangerous. If I had had an emergency situation such as illness or criminal attack etc I would have been out of luck. Inexcusable. Wish there was a zero star option for the review.
