Pleasantly surprised First time stay and was so pleasantly surprised at the quality and customer service. Very CLEAN... from the room to the restaurants to the lobby bathrooms. Stayed here for close proximity to the Sphere but would stay again when in town next time even if it wasn't for that. The room was so spacious, clean, one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've experienced, nice coffee in room. Good food options, really liked the café. I wasn't expecting much from this place, but was shocked in a good way of what a great place it was.

Wonderful hotel, clean, safe with a nice casino. Other then the mix up with our room reservations we love this place and always stay here. We live 90 miles away near Laughlin NV with 8 casinos there but enjoy weekend get sways to Vegas. Rooms are always very clean and a nice size. A great value for the money. Parking is easy. We like the coffee shop with seating by the pool. You can find us there enjoying our morning coffee every morning we stay..

Tuscany Suites Great place to stay. Very comfortable and close to the strip. A little gem in Vegas. The rooms were big and comfortable, just missing a microwave. PUB365 had the best steak and eggs meal after 10pm. The pool was very nice and the grounds were kept clean.

I love Tuscany Suites, but service after hours for guests outside is nonexistent I love Tuscany. I love that it's not a high rise and is off the strip. The room sizes are more than adequate and the maid service is top notch. The casino is a casino- the usual suspects of machines that you see in pretty much every casino in Vegas. My biggest issue is with the lack of service for guests who sit outside the pool area after hours and how early the lounge closes, pushing you to get a drink at 365 OR inside the casino where you might just drop a few pennies in a slot machine-it's too manipulative. If they would just have one cocktail waitress come outside and take drink orders, there'd be a little more revenue happening outside. Also, if you book, request building K or L but NOT J! While the rooms are all the same, the access to the side parking lot next to J (and near the casino) is a long walk and the wall against the parking lot forces you to either take the short staircase at either end of the walkway by building J. If they would cut a short staircase in between that long walkway, it would make accessing the parking lot OR your rooms better and easier for someone with limited mobility. All in all, a good experience, I've stayed at Tuscany for the last 4 visits and being a block or two from the strip really helps keep things quiet. Guests are usually older (35-60) so it's not loud or crazy-which I like. The food at Marilyn's is basic but good; the food at 365 is good but it's sports themed so the music or the television is always too loud for you to "chill" and the Botegga is my favorite place to catch a quick bite and a coffee. I haven't tried the steakhouse yet but hopefully will visit the next time I'm there.
