Terrible Experience – Poor Management and Misleading Booking Practices Our recent stay at Tuscany Suites & Casino was deeply disappointing and frustrating. We were a group of nine, including senior citizens, and had specifically booked three non-smoking executive studio suites well in advance. Despite our confirmed reservations, we were told upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked for the weekend and the only rooms available were smoking rooms—completely unacceptable, especially with elderly travelers in our group. The problems began even earlier in the day when my cousin and her husband arrived before us. Though the booking was under my name, we added their names to the reservation in advance. Still, the hotel refused to accommodate them, leaving them stranded and without a room until we arrived late at night. Agoda, through whom we booked, tried to resolve the issue but ran into complications because the hotel somehow had our booking under Expedia instead. The lack of coordination and accountability between the property and these platforms was astounding. Communication at the property was virtually nonexistent—housekeeping and reception routinely ignored phone calls, forcing us to physically walk to the front desk for even basic requests like extra towels or toiletries. Despite booking rooms for three guests each, only one room had a proper sofa-cum-bed; the other two had standard sofas that were completely inadequate for sleeping. As compensation, we were offered a measly $20 per room to use at the property's restaurants—a single-use credit that did not come close to covering the inconvenience we faced. Frankly, a gesture like complimentary breakfast for the entire stay would have been far more appropriate and appreciated. While the reception staff were polite, it was clear they had no authority or resources to actually resolve any issues. I would like to recognize Jemini and Victoria for doing what they could, but even their efforts were hamstrung by poor management policies and systemic inefficiencies. This experience was a complete letdown from start to finish. We expected a relaxing and comfortable stay and instead got miscommunication, neglect, and poor service. I do not recommend Tuscany Suites & Casino, especially if you're traveling in a group or with family. There are far more reliable options in Las Vegas that actually honor bookings and value their guests.

Superior service and value within walking distance of the Strip! Excellent value and service. Super clean and well stocked. Free parking and superb room service. It was nice and quiet and I liked that the secondary entrance was closed at night. Security presence was reassuring. Will definitely stay again.

Returning guest. Relaxed, fun and great location Large clean well appointed rooms, very comfortable bed and amenities. Love the location just off the strip but close enough ,it was no issue getting to attractions. Food and drink at the resort were convenient and fairly price. I always stay here.

One night on the road. The rooms were spacious and clean. The two double beds were a bit smaller than we are used to, but we still slept great. Check-in was a breeze. Just don't take your luggage out of the car until you have your building letter and room number. There are many hotel-like buildings around the pool area, and it is easy to drive to a parking location close to the right building and room. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great place to stay when going to Sphere Enjoyed our stay at Tuscany Suites. We attended Kenny Chesney at Sphere and it was a nice 18 minute walk which was much better than having to take a rideshare. Casino was good and property was very nice. Restaurants in the property were very good also.
