Craig gets a raise! This is the second time that I have had so much trouble with my room, from the bed, the lack of air the hot water in my jacuzzi not working. In those couple of times the only one that has ever helped was Craig in the owner's C/I. This is the only man that is keeping me from seeking legal actions to get out of my contract for the lack of professionalism in the hotel industry. This man needs recognition for him trying to fix all of the problems the Westgate has given me.

Will definitely stay again Excellent accommodations! Great view of the Sphere! Pool is wonderful. Very quiet room. Shower had ample water pressure. Microwave and mini fridge is nice to have. Also having a safe in the room was nice! Would highly recommend staying at Westgate resort.

Let's improve customer service at the Las Vegas West Gate. The suite was the best part of the vacation. Jimmy the bellhop was delightful. The ladies (both) at the Wow desk are in dire need of Customer Service training. They are rude and uncaring about your clients. We visited Edge and found the main waiter to be extremely uncaring with his remarks. We simply asked " how was the chicken prepared?" He answered it's a half chicken , you don't know? We left the restaurant and went to Fresco where we recieved perfect customer service. To sum it up....this place needs to take customer service serious.

Concert I saw several concerts here, and I really enjoyed them because the sound system is great in the venue. They also have great artists that come to perform here. I have never stayed here, but maybe one day I will. I don’t have any more to say, but it won’t let me continue without saying something more.
