Stolen Gucci hat during the time not hotel staff should be in my room f June 29,2024 do a check in wearing my Gucci hat The worth $500 dollar around 6 pm and walk out the hotel at 8pm leaving my Gucci hat in the room which not hotel staff should be in my room during those hours I returned at 2:15 am and my door keys not work which sometimes it happens so they reactive again but also I know when they make a new ones the old ones not work anymore. When I start packing my things I noticed that my Gucci hat was missing I notify the front desk what it happens she left a message to the manager couple days after trying so many times I reach the manager and he was supposed to check cameras but he is no cooperating with me I left several messages but he never go back to me I wish a main manager see this message and reach to me and find out what happened by looking the cameras because this can't happen in this kind of hotel nationwide brand my information is javiermercadong@gmail.com hope I can get some answers from someone in charge of hotels

Find another BW in Madison! We had a less than enjoyable stay at this property. From the turtle-slow check-in ("our system is very slow"), to unreliable wi-fi, keys that didn't work, a two-bedroom suite with a pocket door on the bedroom that couldn't be closed, a sofa-bed with no fitted sheet, a bedroom with no phone. . . all the way to breakfast with no decaf coffee or hot water! The property looks worn and in need of renovation. Dark brown paint on the walls and inadequate lighting in the rooms. Bathroom with moisture damage on walls. Saggy bed. We have stayed in nice BWPlus properties, but this one was a disappointment.

good for a night They were short handed, we were patient. I asked at check-in if the pool was heated. Was told yes. LOL. Our room smelled musty, glad I always have air freshener. Our sink was stopped up, reported it on check out as was tired on arrival. If you like a polar plunge the pool will be fine, otherwise forget it. The hot tub was too hot, could not stay in for long. On check out asked about the pool being heated as I reported it was not. I was told they heat it to 70 degrees, but it was like ice. Bed and pillows were good. Breakfast was okay and hot. Good for one night on a road trip, good location.

Anniversary Had a great stay at this property. Staff was very helpful. The location was very convenient for dining, and shopping. Will definitely return for my next trip to the area.

Very nice Front office person was very personable and very helpful. Room was very clean. Hotel shows that they have great staff working for them and hope the big wigs realize it and appreciate their staff. Been to other hotels and you can tell their staff are not happy and don’t care at all about the place. Rooms not the cleanest and no shampoo or conditioner refilled or set out.
