Great service! We have stayed here several times while visiting our daughter who attends a nearby college. We always enjoy a good night's sleep and delicious breakfast in the morning. Our most recent stay offered friendly and helpful service by both the evening (check in) and morning (check out) staff.

Old and tired but serviceable We stayed over a weekend. The staff are great. Friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so if you have trouble with stairs make sure to ask for a ground floor room when you book. Everything is old and worn but clean. Beds are ok for short term. Breakfast is hot but only average.

Will book again! Stayed for a dance competition. The staff are all so sweet and friendly here. Helpful! The hotel is clean and the beds were cozy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was good with some warm items too. While there is no elevator, this was not an issue for us. We would def stay again

Worst place to stay with family and elders This place looks clean and all but has no elevator, it’s a bad choice if you have to carry luggage upstairs. The air conditioning in our room would not work at all, it was suffocating to stay in a closed room without air conditioning working. Couldn’t sleep for more than 5minutes, got drenched with sweat even though it was 50F outside, it was horribly hot in the room. I am writing this review while sitting in this hotels room at 4am frustrated.

Left out in the cold. I had a reservation that I made 3 weeks prior to my stay using reward nights. The night before arrival I was called by Manager "Christy" who was rude and told me the hotel was full and there was no room there for me that weekend. She claimed the reservation center did not let her know that I was coming, yet I had spoken to the property twice in the 3 weeks prior with questions and they confirmed my reservation both times. once I called to see if there would be a room with a handicapped shower available and they said there was not and the hotel was sold out. I think it is disgusting that a Diamond member with over 125 nights per year stay in Choice hotels was left out in the cold so they could sell another room to a paying customer. New Castle Quality Inn has no ethics.
