Karla Rios Rocks We love love love coming here and after we left I realized the one person who is behind the scenes that makes everything happen in booking is Karla Rios. She is always so prompt to respond to calls and emails and make sure everything is set for your arrival. I will also say she goes above and beyond when a task is asked of her! Thank you Karla for taking care of my family for over 15 years! !!! You are the best!!!

Wonderful Vacation at Royal Solaris Los Cabos This was our first trip to the Los Cabos area and the Royal Solaris Resort. We are so glad now that we decided to stay there for 6 nights in May. We enjoyed such a wonderful fun filled vacation with so many great memories. We arrived on an early flight and used the Hotel’s shuttle service which was excellent and was ready & waiting for us at the airport. The front desk was very attentive and helped accommodate us with an early check in since our room happened to be available. We were assisted by Dee and Lydia with the check in process. They were both very friendly and also very helpful with explaining the layout of the resort, restaurant choices and a very helpful handout sheet. They also assisted us with making dinner reservations and gave us important resort details. We had a nice room with a city view and we loved sitting out on the balcony. Our room was cleaned each day and the mini-bar was re-stocked every day with water and beer. The pools were very clean and the water was warm and perfect! Great beach to walk on! The bartenders at the swim-up bar, beach bar and the lobby bar worked very hard and never complained even when they were backed up with drink requests. Make sure you tip them each day for their hard efforts! The restaurants and the food selections were decent and we enjoyed them. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a nice variety of different food items to choose from. The waiters provided quick and efficient service also for us. The poolside lunch themes during the week were also very good. They really worked hard to provide this every day and they were fun. Evening entertainment and the shows were decent. One recommendation is a couple of nights, there should be some live music outdoors by the pool area instead of having the nightly entertainment just in the lobby area which is sometimes too crowded with not enough chairs available to sit. Many shout outs to the entertainment staff (Alexandra, Fernanda, Felipe?) we enjoyed water aerobics and water volleyball. All wait staff were good at the buffet and all restaurants. Shout out to waiters (Ponchos-David), Juanito. Overall the Royal Solaris is an affordable and wonderful resort to stay at. No hotel is 100% perfect and I would disregard many of the negative complaints that you may read in the reviews for Royal Solaris. I found most of these negative complaints to be really untrue and not really applicable as mentioned. Buenos Dias! Scott K.

A beautiful resort with great service I stayed at the Royal Solaris San José del Cabo for a week this month with my 83 year old Dad and 20 year old daughter. Overall, it was a very good experience. Beautiful grounds, flowers everywhere, a great beach, and plenty of beach shade palapas all contributed to us having a great stay. Best of all was the staff! We really enjoyed the lobby bar and Janeth, Estela, and Noel. They gave us excellent service with attention to detail. Plus they were just genuinely nice people and a pleasure to talk with. Neymar helped us as well as many other people. So a shout out to the staff. The only reason I didn't put 5 star was our room. I paid for the Deluxe One Bedroom Oceanfront Room. We got 2 beds like I asked, but the balcony was ridiculously tiny. Good value for the cost! Great staff!
