We enjoyed our stay Nice hotel. We used to stayed in another fancy hotel but we decided to changed it Hola! And this hotel didn’t disappointed. Nice quiet and the service was amazing. Parking is a bit hectic and idk if they have more available but we found one. Lobby seems busy because there is a restaurant and the pool on the other side but the rooms are quiet and there is no noise. We really enjoyed this hotel.

Excellent service My wife had Gastric Sleeve surgery at IMM and the Hotel works in conjunction with the IMM. The surgery center picked us up at the airport and we went through customs and right on in to our hotel. The staff at the hotel provided better care and personal support than you would ever receive in the US at any Hotel. They have a great breakfast buffet with eggs to order, a full fruit bar, all types of breads and pastries as well as the standard Mexican style food. The servers are so attentive that when your finished with your plate they buss your table right then so your table is never dirty. The hotel caters to the IMM patients and offers their specific menu items as part of the package deal. The breakfast buffet is a little over $32 which kinda pricey but the food is delicious. They have an Italian restaurant as well which serves phenomenal dishes. The hotel is not far from the border and plenty of shopping as well as restaurants

Arrogance at its Finest I had a terrible experience here. First of all, I was told my room would be ready at 3pm and it wasn’t, even at 330pm. Someone who was suppose to deliver luggage, just walked into our hotel room without knocking and without my bags. Just used the master key to walk into my hotel room. Unprofessional and not appropriate way to use master key. My safe did not work and an engineer was suppose to come fix it and they didn’t. My sliding door to the pool/patio side would not lock correctly. They removed the normal locks and created this inefficient way to close a sliding door. The walls were starting to have mold. Our bathroom sliding door would not slide to close easily. I finally said something about all this and they moved to the room next door which was better, but still not an ideal for a 4 star hotel rating that they claim to be. I was unsure where a restaurant was located and the bell man helped me, but disregarded me when a Caucasian fellow arrived. It was a very uncomfortable ride in the elevator because he would only talk to the fellow and disregarded (ignored entirely) us even though we had questions. Treatment towards Latinos was terrible. The staff had this arrogance about them and would look down at us, even though we were staying there. Ignored most of the time. Our keys somehow did not work like one day after we got the room, somehow they just stopped working. So we had to go to reception and we were ignored and then helped with complete attitude. I can honestly say this hotel has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Mexico. I will never come back to this hotel and I encourage you to not stay here either. You will not get a 4.5 star service from this hotel. Especially, if you are Latino and this hotel needs complete remodel to claim this status.

False Advertisement: Tower Rooms are what you see online but you get the old rooms in the back Arrived a bit earlier and we tried to check in. Check in is at 3pm per front desk. We pre registered and waited for a room. About 3:15pm a room was ready. We went to our room (the old side of the hotel) we know since we have stayed before. The room smelled of marijuana, really strong the entire room. We went to get another room since it's non smoking and didn't want to be responsible when checking out. We had to wait since no rooms were ready. We ended up getting a room a little after 4pm. Big mistake to complain. They gave us room 717. Again on the old side of the hotel. We walked in and it smelled of urine and why, oh probably because there is no bathroom door! I got a towel cleaned around the toilet and we went to bed. The room advertised on their web site is not what the give you. Being up since 4 am to come down for medical services we were both tired. Complain again and we just mind end up on the streets. We just went out grabbed a bite and early the next morning crossed the border back home.

No complaints despite the other reviews. First time at this hotel and it was everything I would expect from a hotel of this type as a businessman who travels a lot. It was not "spectacular" or "exceptional" but it was good, clean, efficient and friendly. Room was a good size and well equipped - could have done with a mini-bar or fridge, but no big deal. One night we dined at the restaurant at the top of the adjoining building with the indoor pool - and the food was excellent. Second night, dined in the small bar near to reception desk and the food there was good. In all cases, I find nothing to complain about and value for money was good. When I am back in Tijuana next, I will happily stay here again.
