Excellent spa with beautiful surroundings Mo was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with all the facilities there and made our evening much better for which we would like to thank her and the Spa is surrounded by a beautiful lake, really recommend

If you want use of the swimming pool your out of luck unless you pay extortionate price Just a short review about the swimming pool. I have never been to a hotel where they charge you extra to have a swim. Who wants to get up at 7am to swim for 20 min only time free to guests 7am to 9am. I went down to look at the pool at 4pm only 2 people in it. What's the hardship in allowing free use of the pool . Oh yes I forgot money.

My first experience at the spa I was treated to a birthday treat by my best friend. We were greeted by several members of staff that were lovely, polite, smiley, and couldn’t do enough for us. Great hosting by Nina, manager Kat and the experience was amazing. We had a great time and came away being totally relaxed. The afternoon tea was delicious. I would recommend going and relaxing at Waterton Park

Beautiful place GROUPON DEALS - Wow visited the Grand cafe for a birthday afternoon tea which was nice & tasty, the only downside was the 3 sandwiches on the stand. The interior was beautiful with lots of seating area outside in the sunshine. Next we went to the spa for a twilight deal. The spa was clean and we were greeted by friendly staff in particular Cat, Nina and another lovely young lady (sorry didn’t get your name) We spent hrs in the outdoor hot tub with the most beautiful scenery and the sun was on our side. We had a swim went in the steam room, indoor jacuzzi & relaxed on the seats. The staff were so attentive & couldn’t have done more so THANK YOU. After our visit we were so relaxed & refreshed. Waterton Park sure is a beautiful place to go & their staff are a credit to the company. I would highly recommend this place. :•) 10/10

Absolutely Fabulous Place Wow .. what an absolutely stunning place , I went with my daughter as a pre wedding treat , I had a Elemis body scrub and facial and my daughter had a hot stone massage , it was soooo good one of the best we have had. We were made to feel so welcome by Mo from the minute we arrived , nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are lovely and clean with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outside hot tubs looking at the beautiful view. Finished it all off with a gorgeous afternoon tea on the lovely lawn area . I cannot wait to visit again.
