BW PREMIER HOTEL GLOCKENHOF

Lovely hotel Excellent hotel in a great location . Stayed for three nights and check in was easy and room was lovely and very modern bed comfortable and soundproofed . Very clean and spotless . Breakfast was included and plentiful with a lot of choice . All staff were very helpful and the hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas

Lovely stay Great location in old town. 10 min walk from the central train station. 10 min walk to the Bürkliplatz where you can do a 1.5 hr lake cruise for a reasonable price. Close to a number of restaurants. Staff very friendly, our young kids were given some cuddly toys on check in which was a nice touch. Hotel was quite impressive from outside and in the lobby areas. We had a family room which looked new, large in size and was very modern. No issues with anything. Breakfast was good and varied. Had a great deal for our stay. We also stayed at the Hotel Adler on our visit to Zurich, that is located across the river in the other part of the old town. Enjoyed our stay there but preferred the Glockenhof.

Great location, helpful staff Close to everything, staff were friendly and helpful. Rueben was great. Issues with the entry door sticking, air vent was filthy, room was extremely warm, could never get the room to cool off. They had to give us fan. Staff did their best but our room needed work.

Can we go back please? We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer! It is a short walk from the train station, so we could easily bring our luggage and just walk back and forth. The front desk staff are so professional, kind, and helpful. The beds were super comfortable, bathrooms updated and clean, rooms quiet! We had a Family Room which gave us plenty of room to spread out but still be together. We had one issue with a bunk bed not having been cleaned and they immeditaly remedied the situation with profuse apologies. Everyone's favorite part was arguably the buffet breakfast. What a spread! They have everything you can think of and it is all delicious. Drinks came with great service. We also had a drink in the attached bar which we'd recommend for a nice, quick stop. This hotel was a splurge for us (we planned for a night after the NightJet!) and it was worth every penny. Please stay here!

Excellent Short Stay in Zurich I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and luxurious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location is extremely convenient for exploring the city. It is also dog-friendly (not that I have a dog as yet, but I do notice this sort of thing). The food at the restaurant was excellent too. Highly recommended if you are visiting Zurich.
