Because I had an old Office XP in my laptop, I encounter serious conficts and I needed to download the program on my new laptop. No problem, I have it all here, now learn how to use that stuff

The people were very friendly. Being IT challenged I printed out the coupon, but they needed the QR code and I couldn't find it on my phone. They helped me find it on my phone and all was good.
