I went for a oil change on February 17,2026 I was a little fearful of driving in the service bay area because you have drive over the hole they work in under your car. They guided me in gentlely. I was in for about 10-15 minutes and out. Thanks to the team at the Chesapeake , Virginia location the best. All professional and great customer service. The location is across the interstate bypass. The parking is gated which provides some safety. The shuttle runs in like quarterly increments so the departure is usually timely. The pickup can include a likely wait.

The deal is such a good value for the money! Had a little bit of a snag when claiming the deal if you don’t complete all 5 out of 5 steps (specifically for AAA deal) but that was my fault because I was trying to juggle multiple things and exited out before completing. Still, no problems when I went back through to complete the registration again.
