As far as the oil change goes, they made it very welcoming and easy to use my voucher. Although there was an incident fir a fellow consumer with the staff not returning from lunch in time to complete the job, the following are my input.
The staff were Very kind and knowledgeable. The only things I observed that were a negative were the waiting area and restrooms. Both were extremely dirty. The bathroom trash was overflowing and floors seemed unclean for a long period. The waiting area is very small, limited seating and there really no places close to go and enjoy a coffee or lunch while you wait. But hey, it's an auto repair shop. It's not there for comfort. Overall a very positive, affordable and efficient offer.
