When I was having problems with getting to the update server, the vendor went above and beyond to ensure I received the product ordered. It was determined it was my bit defender VPN that was causing the update server to not be available. Vendor went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Okay so far

I'm still taking the course but so far it seems very informative and convenient. I'm able to access the course on the go which is a plus. I'm excited to finish it.
