The service is excellent. The atmosphere inspires and motivates active and healthy living. The staff is friendly. The membership is very reasonable considering the access that is included. I am new to the establishment with only 4 classes in, referred by a friend who is also my accountability buddy. I was inspired to sign up with a personal trainer, Gary Wade, to help me reach my goals. He is very professional and serious about what he does, which also helps me to stay on track, no matter the sacrifice. I am excited to be on this journey, and I anticipate getting satisfactory results as long as I continue to show up and do the work.
