I bought my Groupon for this restaurant before leaving for my trip to Tampa. We guesstimated the time the best we could based on the times of the events we had to attend beforehand. We miscalculated and arrived an hour early, hoping we could be seated early because this was our last stop before heading home, so we went in and explained our situation. Thankfully, because we arrived around 4:00 p.m., it wasn't busy yet, and we were promptly seated. The decor was nice, the host was kind and accommodating, and our server was excellent. I wish I could remember her name to recognize her.
We had $100 to spend between the two of us, so we ordered the appetizer platter, my daughter ordered the honey chicken with fried rice and a golden roll. We both started with sweet tea, but my daughter also ordered a chai boba. I ordered the orange chicken with white rice, a bagel roll, green dragon roll, and I think we also had a Philadelphia roll. EVERYTHING was good. The portions were ample, everything was fresh, and our server was attentive and friendly during our meal. We had a spread of food before us that was a little embarrassing for 2 people; needless to say, we had to box up a good portion of it.
When the bill came, I think I owed less than $2. I will definitely eat here again if I return to the Tampa area. Thank you, Sushi Time, for accommodating us, for the great food, and service.
