I had an existing Adobe account and the redemption process was smooth. I received a code and a link to the Adobe redemption page, and everything was very easy to set up. Just a heads-up: my email with the code ended up in my spam folder, so be sure to check there. The only minor downside was the wait time—I purchased it at 8pm and received the code around 5:30am the next morning. Other than that, it was a great experience.
